Distributor software, built around how you actually run your practice.
Custom mutual fund distributor and IFA software for Indian distributors and wealth platforms. Live BSE Star MF and NSE NMF integration, real AUM tracking across AMCs, and commission reconciliation against actual payouts. You own the code.

PHFL Home FinancePaygroIndependentThe modules that make up a working distributor platform.
Every engagement is custom, but the foundation is consistent. These are the four areas we ship across most distributor and wealth-platform builds.
Onboarding & KYC
PAN and Aadhaar OCR, e-KYC with KRAs, risk profiling, and HUF, joint, or minor account setup. Same flow for a solo IFA and a 50-seat distributor team.
Portfolio, AUM & analytics
Live AUM across all AMCs, scheme-level analytics, XIRR and IRR across SIP and lump sum, and a client portal that takes reporting requests off the operations team.
Transactions & execution
BSE Star MF and NSE NMF II live in production, one-click SIP and lump sum, e-mandate setup over NPCI, and order reconciliation against AMC settlement files.
Commission, reconciliation & reporting
AMC-wise payout ingestion matched against AUM at the investor level, trail reconciliation, clawback alerts, branded client statements, capital-gains reports, and SEBI and AMFI audit trails baked in.
Questions buyers actually ask us.
Answered up front so you can decide if we’re a fit before scheduling a call.
When does custom make more sense than SaaS?
When you have outgrown spreadsheets but off-the-shelf tools force you into their workflow. Most of our clients arrive after a couple of rounds with a generic SaaS that almost fits.
Will the BSE Star MF and NSE NMF integrations actually work?
Both are live in production for our clients today. We have also shipped CAMS, KFintech, NPCI eMandate, Aadhaar e-KYC, and the major KRAs.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source, database, infrastructure-as-code, documentation. Self-host or we host, your call. No vendor lock-in.
How long until a working first version?
Discovery to a usable v1 is usually 8 to 12 weeks. Feature parity with your current setup, 4 to 6 months. Fixed fee, milestone-billed.
What happens after launch?
We continue with the team for 12 to 24 months on a retainer. Direct line to the engineers who built it, not a ticket queue.

The collaboration, technical expertise, and dedication shown throughout the project were commendable. Mindstack delivered a product that aligned with our vision.
The Indian wealthtech rails are finicky. We’ve already shipped on them.
Each integration below is in production for a working customer. Not a proof of concept and not a vendor relationship we read about. Real test environments, real settlement files, real edge cases.
