The wealth platform your regulator, brand, and book can all live with.
Custom, multi-tenant wealth management platforms for Indian banks, brokerages, NBFCs, AMCs, and large advisory firms. White-label by design, SEBI and RBI compliance built into the architecture, and a build team that stays on after launch.

PHFL Home FinancePaygroIndependentThe modules that make up an enterprise wealth platform.
Every engagement is custom, but the foundation is consistent. These are the four areas that ship across most enterprise wealth platforms across banks, brokerages, NBFCs, and large advisors.
Multi-tenant white-label core
Tenant isolation per brand or business unit, configurable workflows per segment, and a brand layer that lets HNI, mass-affluent, or RM-led products run on the same platform without forking the codebase.
Investor & customer experience
Branded onboarding with paperless KYC, goal-based investing, multi-asset portfolios across mutual funds, equities, bonds, and alternatives, plus a self-service portal that takes load off your service desk.
Advisor & RM workbench
Relationship managers get a single book-of-business view: client portfolios across products, AUM and revenue per relationship, suitability and risk scoring, proposal generation, and a task queue tied to client lifecycle events.
Risk, compliance & reporting
Audit trail on every action, suitability and AML hooks, regulatory reporting for SEBI, RBI, FATCA, and CRS, concurrent-audit access for examiners, and an architecture friendly to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 review.
Questions enterprise procurement actually asks.
Answered up front so InfoSec, compliance, and the business owner can read the same page before scheduling a call.
Can it be white-labelled in our brand and domain?
Yes. White-label is the most common ask from banks and brokerages. Your brand, your domain, your customer contract. Tenant theming, content, and feature flags are first-class.
Where does the platform run, and who controls the data?
Cloud-agnostic. AWS, Azure, GCP, or your private cloud. Most institutions prefer an India region with a DR site. You control the cloud account and the encryption keys. We follow your IT and InfoSec policy.
Will it pass our security and audit review?
Architecture is built for review. Full audit trails, role-based access with segregation of duties, in-transit and at-rest encryption with KMS, and reporting hooks for SEBI, RBI, FATCA, and CRS. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 friendly.
How do you launch without disrupting an existing book?
Phased rollout. Start with one segment or one tenant, run parallel against the legacy stack, validate reconciliations, then cut over. Full data migration and parallel-run windows are part of every engagement.
What about multi-AMC governance and entitlements?
Tenant-level scheme universe, AMC-specific commission grids, RM hierarchies and authorization matrices, and a clear separation between configuration the business owns and code the engineering team owns.
What does support look like after launch?
An SLA-backed support and enhancements team continues with you for 24 to 36 months. Direct access to the engineers who built it, defined response and resolution times by severity, and a roadmap reviewed quarterly with your team.

The collaboration, technical expertise, and dedication shown throughout the project were commendable. Mindstack delivered a product that aligned with our vision.
Audit, security, and regulatory plumbing as first-class concerns.
