Empanelment links for every Indian AMC, in one place.
There is no single-window empanelment in Indian mutual funds. Each fund house runs its own onboarding, and a fair few hand it to their registrar, so the forms live across 46 different domains. Here they all are, searchable, with the direct link to the distributor form wherever one exists.
All 46 fund houses currently operating in India, with their distributor empanelment portals. Complete your KYD through CAMS or KFintech first, keep your ARN and EUIN to hand, then work down the list.
The directory
Search by fund house name. Links open the AMC’s own distributor portal in a new tab. The larger houses tend to get looked up most often, so HDFC Mutual Fund empanelment, SBI Mutual Fund empanelment, ICICI Prudential, Nippon India, Axis, Kotak Mahindra and UTI are all in the list below alongside the newer entrants like Zerodha, Groww, Bajaj Finserv, Helios and Capitalmind.
Before you start
Empanelment forms assume four things are already in place. Gather them once and the rest of the list moves quickly.
A valid ARN
Issued by AMFI once your NISM Series V-A certification is in hand. Every empanelment form asks for it on the first screen.
EUIN for each person who advises
The Employee Unique Identification Number maps an individual to a transaction. If more than one person in your practice advises, each needs their own.
KYD completed
Know Your Distributor, done through CAMS or KFintech. Most AMCs will not process an empanelment until your KYD acknowledgement exists.
PAN, address proof and a cancelled cheque
Kept as scans. Several portals reject uploads above a size limit, so keep compressed copies alongside the originals.
Why some links point at CAMS or KFintech
A handful of fund houses hand distributor onboarding to their registrar and transfer agent. The form is operated by CAMS or KFintech on the AMC’s behalf, so the domain differs even though your empanelment is with the fund house itself. Baroda BNP Paribas routes through KFintech; HSBC and Tata route through CAMS. The distributor code you receive is still the AMC’s.
The same split shows up later in operations. Once you are transacting at volume, feeds and reporting come from the registrars rather than from each AMC individually, which is why platforms built for distributors integrate CAMS and KFintech directly alongside the exchange order routing.
Frequently asked questions
Once you are empanelled across dozens of AMCs, the work moves to keeping folio data, commission and reporting straight across all of them. That is the software we build.
